By executing an agreement with Rivulet Productions, LLC, you authorize us to provide agreed video production and creative services. This may include planning, filming, editing, and delivering project assets aligned with approved creative direction.
Production is a collaborative process. Rivulet Productions, LLC follows agreed project schedules, but timely client feedback and approvals are required to stay on track. Delays in approvals, access, or deliverables from the client may result in revised timelines.
Rivulet Productions, LLC charges fees as outlined in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are due based on the agreed payment schedule. Failure to remit payment may result in a temporary pause of work, withholding of deliverables, or both until balances are current.
Production Costs: Unless otherwise stated, third-party costs such as location fees, talent fees, permits, travel, and media licensing are the client's responsibility.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client retains ownership of specific campaign deliverables, including finalized approved video deliverables, as defined in the agreement. Rivulet Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, production methods, and proprietary workflows used to create those deliverables.
Rivulet Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. By continuing to engage our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
